Veyro CRM bizneslarga o'z mijozlari (lidlar) bilan ishlash uchun xizmat ko'rsatadi. Biz faqat xizmatni ko'rsatish uchun zarur ma'lumotlarni qayta ishlaymiz.

Qanday ma'lumot olinadi. Hisob egalari: ism, email, parolning xeshi. Lidlar: biznes o'z formasi yoki Facebook/Instagram lid formasi orqali yig'gan ism, telefon, email va forma javoblari, reklama kampaniyasi nomi.

Facebook ma'lumotlari. Biznes egasi o'z sahifasini ulaganda, biz faqat shu sahifa lid formalariga yuborilgan javoblarni o'qiymiz (leads_retrieval) va sahifani lid xabarlariga obuna qilamiz. Sahifa tokeni shifrlangan holda saqlanadi. Ma'lumot uchinchi shaxslarga sotilmaydi va reklama uchun ishlatilmaydi.

Kim ko'radi. Faqat lid tegishli bo'lgan kompaniya xodimlari, ularning roliga qarab.

O'chirish. Sahifani istalgan vaqtda Integratsiya bo'limida uzish mumkin. Ma'lumotlarni o'chirish uchun ismatillayevdilbek@gmail.com ga yozing, so'rov 30 kun ichida bajariladi.

Privacy Policy (English)

Veyro CRM helps businesses manage their own customer leads. We process only the data needed to provide the service: account owners' name, email and password hash; and lead data (name, phone, email, form answers, ad campaign name) collected by the business through its own forms or Facebook/Instagram lead forms.

When a business connects its Facebook Page, we read lead form submissions for that Page only (leads_retrieval) and subscribe the Page to lead notifications. Page tokens are stored encrypted. Data is never sold or used for advertising. Only staff of the business that owns a lead can see it, according to their role.

A Page can be disconnected at any time in Integrations. To request deletion of your data, email ismatillayevdilbek@gmail.com; requests are completed within 30 days.
